Swim Lessons and Lifeguard Training

Swim Lessons
Learn-to-swim lessons are offered during the summer months to children of all ages at beaches throughout the community. The lessons are taught by a select group of Highland Lakes’ lifeguards who are certified as Water Safety Instructors. Sign-ups begin Memorial Day weekend at the Clubhouse. Lessons are given either during the week (Monday through Thursday) or on weekends.

In addition to the Learn-to-Swim program, lessons and programs are offered to older children and teenagers who want to become lifeguards.
