Highland Lakes Club and Community Association is lucky to employ a talented administrative staff to manage general operations, but the community itself is largely guided by the efforts of dedicated committees who give their time and energy, and share their knowledge and experience to help make—and keep—our community strong, vibrant, and diversified.

The members of each committee meet on a regular basis to study and discuss real and potential issues with the potential to affect the community, and then they collectively propose actions and/or make recommendations to the Officers and Trustees to consider.

All members in good standing are encouraged to join any of the committees. Each committee is listed and described below—if you’re interested in participating in one or more of them, don’t hesitate to reach out to the committee chairperson—via the provided email addresses or phone numbers—with questions or requests for more specific information, or contact the Club office.
