Part of what makes our community so vibrant in the warmer months is the wealth of outdoor activities at and around our seven beach areas. Our annual dues help finance the upkeep and improvement of our beaches, tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields and picnic areas, and the badge checking committee is responsible for staffing these areas during the summer months with volunteers who ensure that only members use our facilities. At the beginning of every summer season, this committee recruits and mobilizes a dedicated group of volunteer members who want to preserve the investment they and their neighbors have made in their community.
