Renting Your Home
Whenever your home is rented or leased, your tenants/lessees are required to complete an Application for Associate Membership Privileges and to pay to the Club the corresponding Associate Membership Dues based on the entire duration of their tenancy. This applies for any length of time, whether the property is rented for one week, the duration of the summer, annually, etc. Compliance by members with the Club’s By-Laws is not optional.
A copy of the Application may be obtained by contacting the Club Office. Associate Membership Dues may be paid by you on behalf of your Tenants/Lessees.
Associate Members are required to obtain their own badges and permits, and are not permitted to use any of your badges and permits.
Please see Section II (b) of Article III – Membership and Section XII of Article XV – Property Covenants of the By-Laws of Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association located in your Membership Directory for more information.
