Club Dues and Assessments
The Club’s fiscal year begins each October 1st, and the Voting Board adopts its annual operating budget in advance of that date. To further the objectives of the budget, the adoption of a Calendar Year Dues and Assessments Schedule is also required.
This Schedule contains important information about the cabin and lot dues that are to be assessed to each owner of record on January 1 of each year; applicable special assessments, initiation, property transfer, and other fees; the requirements for an early payment discount and the late payment charge grace period; the criteria for the discount for seniors and the disabled of limited income; and other important information.
See the most recent Dues and Assessments schedule here.
On October 21, 2011, the Voting Board adopted an Account Maintenance Fee special assessment of $150.00. The assessment applies only to the delinquent accounts of members who are referred to the Club’s attorneys as a result of collection, bankruptcy or foreclosure, and will help to offset the additional administrative and legal costs incurred by the Club and its dues-paying members in managing delinquent accounts. The Resolution authorizing the assessment may be found here.
