Clubhouse Septic System Replacement Underway

Construction of a new septic system at the Clubhouse is underway. The system, designed by Gerald Gardner Associates of Ringwood, NJ, addresses both the exceptional capacity needs of the Club for major events (Adult Appreciation, Swim Team “B” Invitational, Family Day, etc.) and the environmental sensitivity of a large system close to the lake.

The project involves a new leach field, a series of holding tanks, and a SeptiTech tank designed to reduce nitrogen before discharge to the leach field. The Voting Board awarded the contract to Ray Bross Sanitation, Inc. after bids were received and evaluated. Construction and installation is under the supervision of Gerald Gardner, P.E.
