Cleaned Chimneys Prevent Fires

The Highland Lakes Fire Department wants to remind all homeowners to have their chimneys cleaned and inspected. People are burning more wood and coal then in the past so chimneys may need to be cleaned more frequently throughout the winter. They recommend using certified chimney sweeps.
