Annual Meeting – Sunday, August 18 – 2 pm

Members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Clubhouse.

At this year’s meeting, Officers are being elected for the positions of President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Trustees are being elected for full, three-year terms for Sections 6, 7, 8 and 12, and for the two year unexpired term for Section 11. The Voting Board is not presenting any changes to the By-Laws for your approval.

In order to conduct our Annual Meeting, to elect Officers and Trustees, and to respond to comments you may have, a quorum of five percent of our Active Members in Good Standing is required to be present. Absentee ballots do not count towards the quorum. This year, approximately 85 Active members will need to be present, with their 2013 badges and membership card, before the Annual Meeting is called to order.
