Highland Lakes

If you are a professional artist and Highland Lakes member in good standing and would like to exhibit in the professional portion of the Highland Lakes Art Show (August 24 and 25), please contact Mary Ann Mastrangelo, Highland Lakes Art Show Committee Chair, at 973-764-7972 or 201-387-2060 by August 14. Participation in the professional show is through prearrangement only and space is limited.

The Highland Lakes Art Show has been around for almost as long as Highland Lakes itself. Now in its 54th year the show is known for drawing in some of the community’s best artists of all ages. Attendees are often surprised to find that their neighbors are so talented.

While the Seckler Room (the main room in the Clubhouse) is used for the general show which opens on the 25th of August, the Lake Room is reserved exclusively to exhibit artwork by artists in the community who have attained professional status. This professional exhibit opens the evening of August 24 and continues into the next day when the Clubhouse exhibits art created by amateur artists, a.k.a. rising stars.
