Clubhouse Activities for All Ages
The coming week offers an assortment of activities at the HL Clubhouse for members of all ages including early morning exercise (8:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday); ceramics (Monday evening); Friday morning playgroup (no playgroup on Wednesday due to the special general election); Friday night cards and a voting board meeting at 8:00 pm. Lakeside Café, a monthly event, is scheduled this Saturday night and regularly brings music lovers (performers as well as fans) to the Lakeroom to enjoy live music and entertainment.
The following week begins with Child Safety Day on Sunday, October 20, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Police officers will be on hand to check for the proper installation of child safety seats, to replace defective seats free of charge (supplies are limited) and to answer questions you may have. Children will be able to tour the ambulance and get behind the wheel of a fire truck!
