Annual Meeting – Sunday, August 17, 2 pm
Members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2 pm at the Clubhouse.
At this year’s meeting, Trustees are being elected for full, three-year terms for Sections 1, 3, 4 and 5, and for the two year unexpired term for Section 2. The Voting Board is not presenting any changes to the By-Laws for your approval.
In order to conduct our Annual Meeting, to elect Trustees, and to respond to comments you may have, a quorum of five percent of our Active Members in Good Standing is required to be present. Absentee ballots do not count towards the quorum. This year, approximately 85 Active members will need to be present, with their 2014 badges and membership card, before the Annual Meeting is called to order.
