Swim Team seeks parent volunteers to serve as swim meet officials/training class scheduled for June 10
Swim season is around the corner! Meets and Invitationals cannot run without officials, and your swim team is desperately in need of parent volunteers to serve as officials.
Officials are responsible for walking the docks during races to ensure swimmers are following basic regulations. A certification class for officials is being held the evening of June 10 in Denville and requires just a few hours of your time. There is no test.
Please consider becoming an official, especially if you are already at meets and the “B” and can donate an hour or two of your time. The ONLY class for the upcoming season will be on June 10. Please contact hlccswimteam@gmail.com for more information.
