Voting Board Workshop – Wednesday, January 6
The board is due to hold its monthly workshop tomorrow night, Wednesday, January 6. The meeting begins at 8 pm in the Lake Room. Members are welcome to attend although they do not have the freedom to comment during the meeting. Comments from members are welcomed at the monthly board meeting which takes place on the third Friday of every month, except August when our annual meeting is held on Sunday afternoons. This month’s board meeting is scheduled to be held on January 15. Members who are unable to attend meetings but would like to receive a synopsis of what transpired, are encouraged to contact their trustee.
The board’s agenda for Wednesday’s meeting includes a discussion of the draft capital fund budget, and the formation of a nominating committee for the upcoming elections this August. Comments from board members related to the proposal received for the creation of a youth summer day camp will also be distributed. At 9 pm the meeting will be closed to Club members due to an executive session that is scheduled.
