Trashcan Sinatras @ Seckler Stage – Saturday, May 21
The Concert Series opens its 2016 season in just a few weeks by welcoming famed Scottish party band Trashcan Sinatras to Seckler Stage on Saturday, May 21. Additionally, there are four other shows already scheduled go to the Concert Series homepage to see the schedule and description of upcoming events, including The Marcus King Band on Sunday afternoon, June 5, outside on the Clubhouse lawn.
More than 26 years after releasing Cake, their critically acclaimed debut, the Trashcans are in the process of recording their sixth album—their first new record since 2010’s “In The Music.” If you don’t know why Rolling Stone magazine said, “the world would be a poorer place” without the Trashcans,” come down to the Clubhouse to find out in person. Critically acclaimed and widely revered for their unique brand of smart pop, they’re paying Highland Lakes a special visit for an intimate warm up show before embarking on their 11-show major city tour of the U.S.
Tickets for Trashcan Sinatras at Seckler Stage go on sale March 25. Tickets for members-in-good-standing and their guests are $22; tickets for non-members are $25, and VIP tickets (including admission to sound check and meet-and-greet with the band) are $50. Contact the Concert Series at 973-271-9780 or Club Office at 973-764-4366 to buy tickets, or visit hlcc.org/events/concert-series for more information. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., show starts at 8:00 p.m.
