Voting Board Workshop – Wednesday, May 11
The board will hold its monthly workshop Wednesday, May 11 in the Lake Room. Board workshops begin at 8 pm, though tonight’s meeting will adjourn at approximately 8:45 pm in order for the board to meet in executive session. As is customary for board workshops, members may listen to the board discuss matters but are not permitted to comment during the meeting. Executive sessions are not open to members. At the conclusion of the executive session a Special Meeting may take place. Should that occur, members are welcome to attend.
Comments from members are welcomed at the monthly board meeting which takes place on the third Friday of every month and at the Annual Meeting on the third Sunday afternoon of each August. Our annual meeting this year is scheduled to take place on August 21. This month’s board meeting is scheduled to be held on May 20. Members who are unable to attend meetings but would like to receive a synopsis of what transpired are encouraged to contact their trustee.
The board’s agenda for the workshop includes a discussion of providing access to a WiFi connection to Club committees based upon comments received by the Communications Committee, and the marking of navigational hazards on the Main Lake.
