Absentee Ballots Available
Absentee Ballots will be available from the Club office to vote for Officers of your choice, and to vote for Trustees in Sections 6, 7, 8, and 12, on Friday, August 5, 2016. The Absentee Ballot must be received at the Club Office, either by mail or in person, with your validated 2016 Membership Card enclosed in the envelope provided, no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. No exceptions.
Please, if you can not attend the Annual Meeting, or do not think you can stay for the entire meeting, cast your vote through the Absentee Ballot.
