Voting Board Workshop – Wednesday, October 12, 2016, 8 pm
The Voting Board will hold a short workshop on Wednesday, October 12 in the Lake Room at 8 pm before adjourning into executive session. As is customary for board workshops, members may listen to the board discuss matters but are not permitted to comment during the workshop meeting.
The board’s agenda for the workshop includes a request from Our Lady of Fatima to conduct a “Walk for the Hungry” along the Club’s private roads on Sunday, October 16, 2016, to raise donations for Harvest House in Sussex, communications guidelines for board and committee members, developments with Tennessee Gas Pipeline’s need for access along Cherry Ridge Road, and comments from Eileen McCarthy Born, Esq., General Counsel to the Club, on her determination whether the Club’s By-Laws permit the Club to conduct a summer youth camp.
