Voting Board Workshop – Wednesday, December 7, 2016 – 8 pm
The Voting Board will hold a workshop on Wednesday, December 7 in the Lake Room at 8 pm before adjourning into executive session. As is customary for board workshops, members may listen to the board discuss matters but are not permitted to comment during the workshop meeting.
The board’s agenda for the workshop includes:
– a discussion with the Chairman of the Buildings and Grounds committee.
– a review of topics for study suggested by the Planning Committee Co-Chairs.
– a discussion whether the By-Laws and Rules committee should take up an examination of potential changes to Section IX of Article V – Officers and Trustees dealing with the formation and duties of the Nominating Committee.
