Voting Board Workshop – Wednesday, January 11, 2017 – 8 pm
The Voting Board will hold a workshop on Wednesday, January 11 in the Lake Room at 8 pm. As is customary for board workshops, members may listen to the board discuss matters but are not permitted to comment during the workshop meeting.
The board’s agenda for the workshop includes:
– distribution of calendar year 2017 Voting Board meeting schedule
– distribution of fiscal year 2017 Voting Board committee assignment
– a request from Highland Lakes Swim Team to replace 9 – 50 meter and 4 – 25 meter lane lines that are approximately 25 yrs old
– revisions forthcoming to Lake Lowering Report affirming conclusions after adjustments to rainfall data
– appointments to Special Committee to examine rentals of properties, compliance with the Club’s Associate Membership By-Laws, etc.
– a proposed three-year renewal agreement with Solitude Lake Management (formerly Allied Biological) under review
