Voting Board Meetings – Wednesday, March 8, 2017 – 8 pm
The Highland Lakes Voting Board is scheduled to meet at 8 pm Wednesday, March 8, 2017, in the Lake Room of the Clubhouse with its attorney in Executive Session meeting. Executive Session meetings are not open to the general membership. At the conclusion of the Executive Session a Special Meeting (if necessary) may take place. It can not be estimated how long the Executive Session will be and, therefore, what time the Special Meeting (if any) will begin.
The board will also hold a Workshop meeting that evening. As is customary for board workshops, members may listen to the board discuss matters but are not permitted to comment during the workshop meeting.
The board’s agenda for the workshop includes:
– review of the proposed fiscal year 2017 Capital Fund budget
– review of the proposed Primer and Guidance for lakefront owners for the lake drawdown planned for September, 2017
– a determination that that all boats must be removed from Club docks on the main lake by Labor Day or be removed, as the Club’s docks need to be stored properly for the drawdown which will take place beginning on or about September 15.
