Petitions for Trustee Positions Available

At this year’s Annual Meeting on Sunday, August 20, 2017, elections will be held for full, three-year terms commencing October 1, 2017, for the Trustee positions for Sections 1, 3, 4, and 5.

In order for a candidate’s name for Trustee to be on the ballot, a petition must be filed with the Elections Chairperson containing five signatures from members in good standing in the section electing a Trustee. Petitions are available at the Club Office only, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, and on Saturdays, 10 am to 1 pm. The petition must be received at the Club Office at least twenty (20) days before the election, which means no later than 4 pm on Monday, July 31, 2017.

The requirements for eligibility to serve the Club as a Trustee are found in Article V – Officers and Trustees of the By-Laws.

Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting on August 20. Please make sure that you attend this meeting and that you have your 2017 Membership Card and badge with you.
