Annual Meeting – Sunday, August 20, 2017 – 2 pm
Members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association on Sunday, August 20, 2017, at 2 pm at the Clubhouse.
At this year’s meeting, Trustees are being elected for full, three-year terms for Sections 1, 3, 4 and 5. The Voting Board is not presenting any changes to the By-Laws for your approval.
In order to conduct our Annual Meeting, to elect Officers and Trustees, and to respond to comments you may have, a quorum of five percent of our Active Members in Good Standing is required to be present. Absentee ballots do not count towards the quorum. This year, approximately 85 Active members will need to be present, with their 2017 badges and membership card, before the Annual Meeting is called to order.
