CANCELLED: Voting Board Meeting – Friday, March 23, 2018 8 pm
This evening’s meeting has been cancelled. The next Regular Meeting of the Voting Board has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at 8 pm after which the scheduled Workshop Meeting will take place. A Regular Meeting will also take place on Friday, April 20, 2018, at 8 pm.

The Highland Lakes Voting Board is scheduled to meet at 8 pm on Friday, March 23, 2018, in the Lake Room of the Clubhouse. Towards the end of the meeting the floor is open to members who wish to share their views on any Club-related topic. Time is permitted at the beginning of each meeting for members to express views on topics listed on that evening’s agenda.
Discussion is expected to include acceptance of the water quality proposal from Princeton Hydro, LLC for lake monitoring and consultation, including additional water chemistry testing in Lakes 1 (Beach 1) -and Lake 4 (Beach 5), authorization to begin implementation of a communications plan for a Carry-In/Carry-Out refuse management program at Club facilities in 2019, and installation of a new electric panel in the Clubhouse.
Attending board meetings and workshops is a great way for members to become knowledgeable about the issues that the Club faces, to gain an understanding of what various committees are working on and become acquainted with Voting Board Officers and the Trustees who represent the various sections of our community.
