Join the Volunteers of the Ecology Committee for Spring Clean-Up Day – Saturday, April 28, 2018
The Ecology Committee needs your help for 2 hours on Saturday, April 28, from 10 am until noon for roadside clean-up. Please lend a hand as we clean up the debris that has collected on the roadsides this past fall and winter — cans, bottles, paper, etc. We often find some VERY unusual debris.
We will supply the bags and a map that you can view to let us know where you wish to work. The process is simple. You fill the garbage bag, close it and leave it in place. The Vernon Road Department will collect it within a day or two and that is why we need to know where you will be working. Please wear sturdy shoes, bring gloves, and we will be waiting for you on the porch at the Clubhouse with the materials you will need.
