Voting Board Workshop Meeting – Wednesday, June 6, 2018 8 pm
A Voting Board Workshop is scheduled for June 6, 2018. The meeting is held in the Lake Room and will begin at 8 pm.
Discussion will include the prohibition of smoking at Club recreational facilities, signage to implement the approved Carry-In/Carry-Out refuse program at Club facilities in 2019, a proposed amendment to the By-Laws clarifying that only the Voting Board may authorize the use of combustion (e.g. – gas) motors on the lakes, and By-Law changes providing for the expansion of the responsibilities members have when they rent their properties.
All Highland Lakes members in good standing are welcomed and encouraged to attend. It is at these meetings that you will learn the business of the Club and the matters that are currently under discussion. Opportunities for members to share their thoughts with the Voting Board are always available at the monthly Regular Meeting. The next Regular Meeting is scheduled to take place on June 15, 2018, at 8 pm.
