Lion King, Jr. Cancelled
With deep regrets we announce the cancellation of the planned performance of Lion King, Jr. on August 10. We did not have sufficient numbers at auditions to cast the complete play and the licensing restrictions associated with this Disney property made adjustments impossible. I wish to extend my appreciation to the entire team – Jennifer Ziegler, Carol Hastie, Brooke Harrsch – for their efforts and to the Communications Committee for their email blasts. To the children and parents – thank you very much for your interest. We may have fallen short this time but we will try again in the future.
