Roadside Brush Creates Hazards – Residents Requested to Trim Growth
Your cooperation is requested by trimming vegetative growth in front of and alongside your home that extends into the roadway. Your trimming efforts should remove vegetation a minimum of three feet from the edge of pavement. At intersections, please reduce the height of any bushes, etc. to below four feet.
The Club engages its contractors when members fail to maintain vegetative growth along their road frontage. When that occurs trimming efforts are aggressive, helping to avoid the expense associated with returning annually to the same locations. The Club’s business is not landscaping along the road frontage of members’ homes. That delicate task is best left to the homeowners.
We extend our appreciation to those who quickly address issues brought to their attention by Highland Lakes Security. These efforts will be appreciated by all. Thank you.
