Workshop and Special Voting Board Meeting – Thursday, July 12, 2018 – 8 pm
On Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 8 pm the Voting Board will hold a Workshop Meeting to finalize its decisions on proposed By-Law changes clarifying that the use of boats and mechanical devices equipped with combustion engines on the Club’s lakes may take place only with Voting Board approval, and proposing to eliminate the unused By-Law prohibiting signs for sale. It plans to continue its discussions on rental properties and will examine modifications to the tasks assigned to the Planning Committee.
At the conclusion of the Workshop a Special Meeting is planned to adopt a Resolution authorizing the submission of the proposed By-Law changes to the membership at this year’s Annual Meeting on Sunday, August 19, 2018, at 2 pm.
