Voting Board Workshop Meeting – Wednesday, September 12, 2018 – 8 pm
On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 8 pm the Voting Board will hold a Workshop Meeting to discuss a variety of items, including the progress made in working with the Vernon Town Council on modifying its property maintenance ordinance before final adoption, the status of snow reimbursement from Vernon Township, and recommendations by the Road Committee for paving and speed humps. Discussions will also include a request from our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church for a walk around the lake fundraiser for Harvest House, Planning Committee priorities for the coming year, and further discussions on the private use of Club facilities. At the conclusion of the Workshop the Voting Board will adjourn to an Executive Session.
All Highland Lakes members in good standing are welcomed and encouraged to attend. It is at these meetings that you will learn the business of the Club and the matters that are currently under discussion. Opportunities for members to share their thoughts with the Voting Board are always available at the monthly Regular Meeting. The next Regular Meeting is scheduled to take place on September 21, 2018, at 8 pm.
