Important Notice: Car Show – Sunday, October 14 12-4 pm / Use of Boat Launch Possibly Slowed
The Clubhouse Committee is presenting a Car Show on Sunday, October 14 in the Clubhouse parking lot from 12-4 pm. The Committee will be ‘setting up’ the area and show cars will be arriving from between 10:30 and 11:30 am from the parking lot entrance on Breakneck Road near the park. The parking entrance along Lakeside Drive West on the boat launch side will be used for visitor parking during the show.
Members planning to remove boats on Sunday between 12 pm and 4 pm should plan for a small waiting time outside of the gate as maneuvering boats and trailers through the parked visiting cars will be slow going. Those trying to take out boats may do so ‘one at a time’ in order to control traffic flow during the event. Please follow the guidance from Highland Lakes Security and parking attendants. This will ensure a productive day for all.
