Annual (Air-Conditioned) Goodwill Community Yard Sale this Saturday July 20, 2019 – 8 am to 2 pm
Join us for fun, fellowship, great finds, good food, AIR CONDITIONING and, most importantly, a great cause at the Highland Lakes Clubhouse this Saturday. This annual community event is a wonderful opportunity to find great bargains on toys, tools and household treasures, while enjoying time with your neighbors and doing good for your community.
Is your high school graduate heading off to college? Here’s where you’ll find everything you need to set up his or her dorm room. Got grandkids coming for a visit? This is your chance to stock up on a selection of toys, games and puzzles to keep them entertained without spending a fortune. Do you love to treasure hunt at garage sales and antique shops? The HLCC Community Yard Sales is a favorite among savvy bargain hunters.
Even if you aren’t looking to buy, don’t miss this opportunity to spend time meeting and mingling with your neighbors at one of HLCC’s most popular summer events. In addition to a sales extravaganza, this annual gathering has become a fun social gathering for our community. Need to beat the heat? Stroll leisurely through the newly-air conditioned Seckler and Craft Rooms and enjoy a snack in the Lake Room.,
Perhaps best of all, all the proceeds from the sale go toward the HLCC Goodwill Fund, which assists members facing significant economic hardship, and items that remain unsold at day’s end are donated to local charities, libraries and schools.
Rain or shine, the sale will run from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday, July 20. Hope to see you there!
