HLCC Annual Art Show – Saturday evening, August 24 and Sunday afternoon, August 25
The Art Show Committee invites you to its 60th anniversary “Diamond-Jubilee” Art Show running Saturday, August 24 (6-9 pm) and Sunday, August 25.
Meet and greet the participating professional artists of Highland Lakes at our reception on Saturday, August 24 between the hours of 6 – 9 pm and enjoy some lovely wine & cheese, Diamond Jubilee-style. Our guest professional artist this year is Susan Zoon from Carmel, NY. Susan has had many gallery showings in upstate NY and some of her work is in Washington, D.C. She has painted some wonderful pieces about Long Beach Island where she spent memorable times with her family.
Registration for amateur artists takes place on Sunday, August 25 between the hours of 9 – 10:30 am. Doors open to the amateur portion of the show in the Clubhouse from 1:30 – 3:30 pm. Please stop by to see the broad array of talent and to learn who won prizes.
The work of our professional artists will remain on display in the Lake Room throughout Sunday afternoon.
