Special Voting Board Meeting and Workshop Meeting – Wednesday, August 14, 2019 – 8 pm
On Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at 8 pm the Voting Board will hold a Special Meeting to award a contract for road paving, and to authorize the use of the Clubhouse for a fundraising dance for the grandson of Highland Lakes members with extraordinary medical expenses.
At the conclusion of the Special Meeting, the Workshop will take place with discussions including preparations for the Annual Meeting on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at 2 pm.
