Vernon Bans Seasonal and Short-term Rentals – Monday, April 6, 2020 at 8pm

Acting on the authority conveyed by Governor Phil Murphy to New Jersey State Police Superintendent Patrick J. Callahan, Vernon Township banned until further notice all short-term and seasonal rentals effective Monday, April 6, 2020, at 8 pm. The Club will be alerting all property owners who rent, either seasonally or short-term, of the need to comply with this ban, designed to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Vernon’s residents.
