Account Statements Mailed – Week of May 18, 2020

Members with account balances will be receiving statements this week in the mail. As staff are working remotely, if you have questions it is best to send an email to hlcc@warwick.net, and  a response will be provided in the order it was received.

There are two distinct statements being issued:

Due Date of May 31, 2020: if your statement has this due date, it reflects that you did not qualify for the Late Payment Charge Grace Period at the end of February 2020 OR there was a balance on your account at the beginning of 2020. This statement includes late payment charges for March, April, and May, and the account is subject to continuing late charges after May 31.

Due Date of June 30, 2020: if your statement has this due date, it reflects that you either:
1. qualified for the Late Payment Charge Grace Period at the end of February and have had the payment due date pushed from May 31 to June 30, OR

2. did not qualify for the Late Payment Charge Grace Period, had late payment charges assessed for March based on your February 29, 2020, balance, and have had additional late payment charges suspended for the months of April, May, and June ONLY. Your payment due date has also been pushed from February 29, 2020, to June 30, 2020. Please note that the Voting Board’s decision to suspend late payment charges took place on March 23, 2020, and did not apply retroactively to late payment charges assessed March 9, 2020 on balances due the Club on that date.

Note: Balance on all accounts are subject to late charges after June 30.

For more information on the Late Payment Charge Grace Period, please review the Calendar Year 2020 Dues and Assessments Schedule. Thank you.
