Available Now: Permission and Registration Forms for Swim Team, Club Events, Activities, and Athletics, and Swim Lessons

Forms are now available for your convenience to complete on-line, and then download and print to register your children for the various teams, events, etc. and swim lessons. Once completed, the forms may be submitted by email, mailed, or placed through the mail slot in the Club Office door.

The forms replace the traditional sign-up books normally available beginning Memorial Day weekend at the Activity Center for parents to signup their children for the Swim Team, various Clubhouse events, activities, and the athletics programs, and for swim lessons. With the Clubhouse closed until further notice, this permission and registration option was created and you are encouraged to use it as much as possible.

As of May 14, 2020, it is not known if/when the Club’s Swim Team, athletics programs, Clubhouse activities and events, beaches, and swim lessons, etc. will be available. Summer season planning remains underway though with great uncertainty. Decisions made by Club leadership will be based on the status of the public health emergency declared by Governor Murphy, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, guidance from the NJ Department and Health and the Sussex County Division of Health, and the Club’s assessment of social distancing requirements, community concerns, etc.
