Activity Center Opens June 15, 2020 – 10 am
Social Distancing and Face Coverings Required
We are pleased to announce the limited restoration of administrative services with the reopening of the Activities Center on Monday, June 15, 2020, at 10 am. Beginning June 16, the AC will operate seven days weekly from 9 am to 4 pm. We ask for your understanding and patience as we move cautiously in this reopening phase.
In all cases and at all times, social distancing is required and face coverings must be worn while inside the Clubhouse. We must all continue to do our part in protecting ourselves, our families, and our community.
Staff is available to receive payments and to accept registrations for swim lessons, swim team, and the permission form for Clubhouse and Activities. The Boat Livery Program, due to the shared nature of the oars and life preservers, is canceled for the season.
For those members whose payments were received by Friday, June 12 your badges and permits are being mailed. With the opening of the Activities Center, the program to mail badges and permits has now been terminated. More than 1,450 packages were mailed to members since May 1, and we extend our appreciation to all members of the Administrative Staff for adapting to this challenge so quickly and effectively, and responding to all of the requests for changes.
The Club Office and Clubhouse remains closed in continuing compliance with various executive orders. We are anticipating the gradual and staged reopenings later this month.
