Payments Due by June 30, 2020 / Late Payment Charges Resume July 1
Members who received the Late Payment Charge Grace Period extension to June 30, or who had late payment charges suspended on their accounts for the months of April, May, and June, will be subject to late payment charges beginning July 1, 2020.
In late March, the Voting Board extended the Late Payment Charge Grace Period from May 31 to June 30. Additionally, members whose balances consisted only of unpaid 2020 dues and assessments, and who were subject to late payment charges in March, were granted a suspension of late payment charges on their balances for the months of April, May, and June.
Accompanying the extension and suspension was a recognition that the use of 2019 badges and permits would be permitted through June 30, 2020. After June 30, 2020, only 2020 badges and permits are valid for use at Club beaches, courts, etc.
Payments are being accepted at the Activities Center, open seven days weekly from 9 am to 4 pm. Paying after hours? Place your payment in the mail slot in the Club Office door.
Club-sponsored household garbage services begin Monday, July 6, and continue for ten weeks through Tuesday, September 8. Only Members in Good Standing will have their household track picked up by Blue Diamond Disposal.
