Permission and Registration Forms for Club Events, Activities, and Athletics / Closed: Swim Team and Swim Lesson Registrations

July 10, 2020: Registrations for the Swim Team and swim lessons are closed for the season – capacities have been reached.

Permission and Registration Forms for Club Events, Activities, and Athletics only are available at the Activity Center and on-line. Once completed, the forms may be submitted by email, mailed, delivered to the Activity Center or placed through the mail slot in the Club Office door.

The continuation of swim lessons, Swim Team, and the athletics programs remains under evaluation. Decisions made by Club leadership will be based on the status of the public health emergency declared by Governor Murphy, am guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, the NJ Department and Health and the Sussex County Division of Health, and the Club’s assessment of the required social distancing, enrollments and participation levels,  mask use, community concerns, etc.
