Petitions for Trustee Available

Filing Deadline – Monday, July 27, 2020

At this year’s Annual Meeting on August 16, 2020, elections will be held for full, three-year terms commencing October 1, 2020, for Trustee positions for Sections 1, 3, 4, and 5.

In order for a candidate’s name for Trustee to be on the ballot, a petition must be filed with the Elections Chairperson containing five signatures from members in good standing in the section electing a Trustee. Petitions are available at the Activity Center only, Monday through Sunday, 9 am to 4 pm. The petition must be received at the Club Office or Activity Center at least twenty (20) days before the election, which means no later than 4 pm on Monday, July 27, 2020.

Once the petitions have been certified by the Elections Chairperson, Absentee Ballots will become available. The Absentee Ballot must be received at the Club Office, either by mail or in person, with your validated 2020 Membership Card enclosed in the provided envelope no later than Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at 4 pm.

Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting on August 16, 2020. If you do not use an Absentee Ballot and plan to vote at the Annual Meeting, please make sure that you have your 2020 Membership Card and badge with you.
