Correction: Error in Treasurer’s Letter
Sometimes it happens – an error gets past those composing and editing documents, and this is what occurred in the recent letter from the Club’s Treasurer that was mailed this week.
The error is found in the third paragraph, first bullet point and the corrected text in red: Dues for homeowners have been increased $20.00 (1.6%) to $1,295.00. The $60.00 Dam Assessment has been reduced to $40.00, making the total annual charge for each home $1,315.00 $1,335.00 This is the same total amount due the Club as last year.
The 2021 Dues and Assessments Schedule and the coupons do not contain this error. We apologize for any convenience.
