Voting Board Workshop Meeting – Wednesday, November 11, 2020 8 pm

On Wednesday, Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at 8 pm the Voting Board will be holding its Workshop in the Seckler Room. Masks are required at all times, capacity is limited to not more than 25 persons in total (including Voting Board and staff members), the wall-mounted hand sanitizers should be used upon entering the room, and social distancing is required.

Workshop discussion items are expected to include options to address indoor air quality concerns, the elmination of cash payments for dues and assessments, short-term rentals, a general discussion of major projects, a new initiative called the Neighbor Helping Neighbor Program, a reexamination of the guest badges and beach guest passes policy adopted in 2020, and options to secure the pickleball courts from vandalism.

All Highland Lakes members in good standing are welcomed and encouraged to attend. It is at these meetings that you will learn the business of the Club and the matters that are currently under discussion. Opportunities for members to share their thoughts with the Voting Board are always available at the monthly Regular Meeting. The next Regular Meeting will take place on Friday, November 20, 2020, at 8 pm.
