MAY DINNER IS SOLD OUT – A taste of Paris comes to the Clubhouse on May 23

You don’t need to go all the way to NYC to enjoy freshly prepared cuisine—instead, check out the fine food at the Lakeside Bistro…

May kicks off our monthly Lakeside Bistro, where celebrity volunteer chefs from the Clubhouse Committee will prepare tasty, wholesome, affordable meals to celebrate different cuisines from around the world (some mainstream, some more exotic).  This month’s featured cuisine will be French food.

Meals must be ordered in advance, and will be prepared in the Clubhouse kitchen and packed to-go (without utensils). Once nighttime temperatures get warmer we’ll set up tables on the Clubhouse deck for dining by candlelight under the stars.

Meals that have already been ordered for the May 23 event can be picked up on Sunday, May 23, between 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. Due to overwhelming interest we can’t accept any more orders, but next month we’ll explore ways to increase the amount of food we can prepare. 

Entrees cost $30 for two, $50 for a four:

  • Beef daube with mustard, herbs & white wine
  • Chicken with tarragon & sherry vinegar

Every meal will include generous portions of potatoes roasted in sea salt, braised asparagus, gougeres and a salad. Bon appetite!
