Welcome to TOPS – HLCC’s NEW Member Portal

TOPS is our new community management and account system featuring a self-service portal that allows members to access and manage their HLCC account online, any time, from any device with internet access.

What can you do on the new Member Portal?

Invitations to register for TOPS will be sent to all members beginning this week with Section 1. Invitations will follow for Sections 2 -12 in the days and weeks ahead.

How to Register?

  • Look for an email invitation from noreply@topssoft.com [check your Junk/Spam folders].
  • Click the REGISTER NOW button in the email.
  • Follow the steps to create a password and verify your account.

Your username is the email address you have registered with the Club Office. We advise using personal email addresses ONLY.

Didn’t receive an invite? Email tops@hlcc.org and request an invitation to the HLCC TOPS Member Portal. Be sure to include your Highland Lakes home address and member number.
