Annual Meeting and Elections – Sunday, August 21, 2022 @2 pm

Join us for our Annual Meeting on Sunday August 21, 2022 at 2 pm on the Clubhouse lawn (weather permitting). Should it rain, we will move the meeting to the Seckler Room.

A quorum requirement of 5% needs to be met.

Members should wear their badge and have their Membership Card in order to vote. If you forget your card, a temporary card can be issued at the Activity Center.

Members will be permitted to address the Voting Board at the microphone (be sure to state your name and section number). Out of courtesy to everyone in attendance we’re asking statements are kept to a maximum of 2 minutes.

A general agenda will include the Pledge of Allegiance, a review of the Order of Business, approval of last years’ Annual Meeting Minutes, reports of the Officers & Trustees, Floor Open to Members, Elections of Officers & Trustees. As customary, statements will be made by the President, Treasurer, General Counsel, and General Manager.

Members in good standing can vote and all members should bring their membership card.

There is ONE VOTE per membership.

Voting takes place at the end of the meeting. Voting check-in will take place in the Seckler Room and members will be directed to the Lake Room to cast their votes. Election results will be announced shortly after all votes have been received and counted.

There are four Trustee positions open, one each in sections 6, 7, 8 & 12. Members may vote for a Trustee candidate only in the Section where the Member resides.

All Officer Positions are open – President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. All Members may vote for a candidate for each Officer position.
