Different Ways to Pay Your Membership Dues
Paying your membership dues is as easy as logging into the TOPS Owners Portal or mailing a check.
Pay your dues via TOPS:
Login to TOPS Owners Portal at https://portal.topssoft.com/login and click the PAY NOW button.
- You can make a payment in full or make a partial payment.
- Payments can be made from a bank account or credit card. FEES APPLY.
- TOPS has an auto pay feature which will automatically pay the full balance on your account using the payment method you provided.
- The payment will be processed 10 days after the charge is applied to your member account.
***IMPORTANT***
- An online monthly recurring payment option is NOT AVAILABLE for HLCC members yet. [This feature is available on TOPS, but will need VB approval.]
- You can log into to TOPS at your own frequency and make partial payments in the amount you choose. [FEES APPLY]
- You can also set up a recurring payment directly from your bank accounts’ payment feature and pay in the frequency and amount you choose. [Check with your bank for any applicable fees.]
Not registered for TOPS? Email your membership number and Highland Lakes address to tops@hlcc.org.
Pay your dues via Check or Money Order:
A check or money order can be made out to HLCC and mailed to the Club’s PO Box.

You can also drop your check or money order off at the Club Office mail slot.

The office is open to members:
Monday – Friday 10 AM – 3 PM, Saturdays 10 AM – 1 PM.
Reminder: The Club Office does NOT accept cash payments for dues.
Money Orders can be purchased at the Highland Lakes Post Office.
