Morning Exercise

Come join us at the Seckler Room to enjoy the company of others while working out along with prerecorded exercise videos. We meet three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings). Aerobics begin at 8 am. Bring light weights and a mat if you have one.
