Membership materials, including but not limited to badges and permits (boating, docking, garbage, and parking), are not transferable and their unauthorized use is prohibited. For the purpose of this rule, the term “unauthorized use” shall include, but shall not be limited to the purchasing, lending or distributing of badges for use by any person who is not an active or associate member in good standing of the Club, or by any member of such person’s family or by any guest of such person.
1) Owners who have paid all dues and assessments in full and are members in good standing of the Club will receive badges for each owner.
2) Owners may obtain, at no additional cost, Family Badges for each of their family members who resides with them in Highland Lakes. For seasonal residents, this includes Family Badges for those who reside with you in Highland Lakes for at least 30 days.
3) For an Owner’s non-resident parents, children and grandchildren, Family Facilities Badges are available for $10. Family Activities Badges, for $50 each, are available ONLY for the Owner’s non-resident parents, children and grandchildren who wish to participate in the Club’s activities.
4) Parking permits will be issued, at no additional cost, upon presentation of vehicle registrations and only for vehicles owned by members, their resident family members, or by their non-resident parents, children and grand-children for whom additional badges were purchased.
5) Dock and Boating Permits will be issued, at no additional cost, upon request for each dock and boat owned by Members in Good Standing.
6) Members may purchase guest badges at a cost of $1 per day with the presentation of their Membership Card. Complimentary guest parking permits will be issued, if necessary, with the purchase of guest badges. A daily limit of 20 badges per member applies. Additional guest badges are available by making prior arrangements with the Club Office. During the summer season, guest badges may be purchased at the Activities Center or from the lifeguard on any one of our beaches.
