Don’t Forget – Select Your Payment Plan!


The annual dues and assessment letters have been mailed. The assessment includes an operating assessment and reserve assessment. An article explaining the changes can be found in the October 2023 Newsette.

You now have three ways to pay, including two monthly payment plan options, making it even more convenient for members to manage these finances. You can pay in full or subscribe to a 6-month or 12-month payment plan.

ALL Members MUST SELECT which payment option they prefer by checking the box on the slip that was included with your mailing and returning it to the Club Office, with your first payment, by November 15.

Failure to submit a payment plan selection form by November 15th, will result in your account being charged the full annual assessment requiring payment in full with interest accruing at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) for any unpaid balance.

If you owe any amount in arrears, you must pay your prior balance in full or contact the Club Office to discuss an installment plan. 

If you previously enrolled in auto-pay, please be sure to login to the portal and confirm your debit or credit card information is correct and your auto-pay selections are still valid.

Q. If I choose the 12-month payment plan, will I get new badge stickers?
A. Yes, as long as your payments are current and you have not been late on any payment, your badge stickers will be available in April.

Q. If I choose a payment plan, can I pay more than the scheduled amount?
A. Yes.

Q. How can I pay my dues?
A. You can send a check/money order to the Club Office. You can make a payment via the Owners’ Portal. You can initiate a payment form your bank’s online payment service. The Club Office cannot accept cash.
