Member Registration

All new members are required to register with the Club Office to obtain badges and permits for their households. Badges are required to be displayed while on Club property and to participate in Club Activities. Click the button below to download the form. A New Chapter for Our Community
We are thrilled to announce that Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association is now being managed by FirstService Residential!
Our team is hard at work transitioning to all of the new, enhanced services they offer. We are excited about this upgrade to our community management and appreciate your partnership during this transition.
As we roll out these changes, your first action item as a member relates to your monthly dues.
 
Important Payment Changes 
Please review these critical updates to ensure your payments are processed correctly:
  • Office Payments Discontinued: Checks arec no longer accepted at the community office. Checks should be made out to the Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association.
  • New Mailing Address: Mail all physical checks to:
    Highland Lakes
    c/o FirstService Residential East
    PO Box 30465
    Tampa, FL 33603-3465
  • Account Number Required: Write your new account number on your check to prevent it from being returned.
  • Deadlines: Checks must arrive by the 15th of the month to avoid interest and late fees.
  • Pay Online: Skip the mail and register to pay online at https://highlandlakes.connectresident.com.
  • Badges & Extras: Additional guest, activity, or replacement badges cannot be paid for at the office. These costs will be billed directly to your account.

Stay Connected

In addition to the monthly Newsette, the Club keeps members in the know by actively participating in social media and delivering email news. Stay connected to all the happenings, meetings & events by checking our website regularly and your email.
