Member Registration
All new members are required to register with the Club Office to obtain badges and permits for their households. Badges are required to be displayed while on Club property and to participate in Club Activities. Click the button below to download the form. Once completed, email it to priscilla.foglia@fsresidential.com.

- Office Payments Discontinued: Checks arec no longer accepted at the community office. Checks should be made out to the Highland Lakes Country Club and Community Association.

- Deadlines: Checks must arrive by the 15th of the month to avoid interest and late fees.
- Pay Online: Skip the mail and register to pay online at https://highlandlakes.connectresident.com.
- Badges & Extras: Additional guest, activity, or replacement badges cannot be paid for at the office. These costs will be billed directly to your account.
